Join us on 28th November for a very special evening as The Ashdown Forest Foundation invites you to an exclusive preview of a new exhibition of stunning photographs by local photographer Craig Payne.

Craig Payne selfieMarking the second anniversary of the publication of his celebrated book Through the Seasons, the exhibition will display a new collection of never-before-seen photographs of Ashdown Forest captured by Craig over the last year.

“Imagine dramatic, calming and beautiful photographs of Ashdown Forest that sum up how the seasons affect the heathland and you have a good idea of how the exhibition will look. From photos of sunrises and sunsets, to wide vistas full of heather and trees, the cows and sheep that graze the landscape and snow and frost that bite on cold winter’s day. I’m excited to bring you a new collection of photographs of Ashdown Forest Through My Lens.” – Craig Payne

A limited number of tickets are available to join us from 7-9pm on Thursday 28th November at The Ashdown Forest Centre for an evening with Craig and guests, in support of the Foundation’s vital work to ensure that Ashdown Forest can continue to welcome and inspire people from all walks of life. All profits from the tickets will support the Foundation’s campaign to create an accessible pathway – a ‘Gateway to Nature’ – out onto the Forest, which will help to bring the sights and sounds of this beautiful landscape alive for many more people who would otherwise not have the chance to experience them.

Enjoy delicious canapés and a glass of wine* as you soak in this unique collection of photographs of Ashdown Forest.

How to buy tickets

Tickets cost just £15 per person and include parking at the Forest Centre car park. Buy your tickets securely online here or in person at the Ashdown Forest Centre at Wych Cross (RH18 5JP) weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
